About the role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. The HR Associate will support the HR department in various tasks covering the entire employee lifecycle and ensuring efficient business operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Posting job advertisements on various job portals and platforms. Conducting initial screening of applications in line with approved Job Descriptions. Facilitating written tests, panel review presentations, and interviews. Documenting the recruitment process, including preparation of interview Minutes of Meetings. Ensuring process compliance and timely coordination with the respective recruitment committee. Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker for end-to-end visibility. Payroll Management Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and updates. Compile and verify monthly payroll data including attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, employee-wise deductions and salary revisions. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and error-free payroll outcomes. Coordinate with the finance team to support monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Ensure compliance with all the statutory requirements as per government norms. Attendance & Leave Management Monitor daily attendance of all staff in accordance with organizational norms. Maintain and update leave records, including eligibility, usage, and closing balances, along with work-from-home records. Provide TLs/Supervisors with monthly leave and attendance summaries. Employee Engagement Organise initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace. Conduct monthly engagement activities, and celebrations of festivals or special occasions. Support open communication channels and help address employee concerns to maintain healthy employee relations. Promote employee participation in cultural, wellness, and recognition programs to enhance morale and workplace satisfaction. Learning & Development Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions for employee growth and skill enhancement. Maintain training calendars and records of employee participation. Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance data. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain HRIS, employee records, and generate reports. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain comprehensive employee databases in designated formats and update them regularly. Manage preparation, issuance, and filing of HR documents such as Appointment Letters, Contract Renewals / Extensions and Appraisal Letters. Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of HR files and employee record, specifically during audits. Performance Management Track probation review timelines and ensure timely communication of outcomes. Facilitate annual and mid-year appraisal processes. Ensure timely renewal of employee contracts. Exit Management Ensure smooth and cordial exit processes for departing employees. Ensure all resignations are formally submitted and documented. Coordinate full and final settlement activities with relevant departments. Organize farewell interactions for departing employees wherever applicable. Issue relieving & experience letters, and other separation documents promptly. Coordinate clearance procedures and ensure full & final settlements are processed within agreed timelines. Qualifications and Work Experienced Required: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum four years’ professional HR experience (including talent acquisition, payroll and HR operations). Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRIS tools, and document management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
