Job Title: HR Job Summary We are seeking a motivated HR to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements • Conduct initial phone or virtual screening interviews • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS or tracking system • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process • Assist senior recruiters with day-to-day recruitment tasks Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline) • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field • Basic understanding of recruitment processes • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills • Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Email) • Willingness to learn and take feedback Work Environment • Entry-level / Junior role • Training and mentorship provided
