Job Description: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the education tech and academic centric sector. • Provide guidance on workforce planning and organisational development initiatives. • Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely acquisition of top talent. • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies for a motivated workforce. • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching to team members. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. • Collaborate with leadership to address HR-related challenges and opportunities. • Promote a culture of learning and development through training programs and initiatives. The Successful Applicant: • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA from Tier1/2 campuses - XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/IIMs preferred) • Proven experience in HR practices within the industry. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
