Location: New Delhi (India HQ) Coverage: Mexico Operations Language Requirement: Spanish – Fluent (Mandatory) Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Mexico business operations while being based at our India HQ in New Delhi. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a global context. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management skills, international HR exposure, and fluency in Spanish to effectively partner with leadership teams across geographies. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Business Partnering • Partner with business leaders in Mexico to align HR strategies with business goals • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organization design, and talent strategy • Translate business requirements into effective HR initiatives Stakeholder & International Collaboration • Manage senior stakeholders across India HQ and Mexico operations • Support cross-cultural workforce challenges and global HR initiatives • Ensure seamless coordination between HQ HR teams and regional HR stakeholders Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle • Support talent acquisition planning, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning • Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives • Coach managers on performance, capability building, and leadership effectiveness Employee Relations & Compliance • Handle employee relations matters in line with local labor laws and company policies • Ensure HR practices comply with Mexico labor regulations with support from local teams/advisors • Support disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations as required HR Operations & Change Management • Drive HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and policy implementation • Support change management initiatives during business expansion or restructuring • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
