• *Job Summary:** Advantmed seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join its internal People team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of generalist HR experience resolving complex employee relations issues and partnering with senior leaders across various functions within Human Resources. • ​ • Key Responsibilities: • Act as Single Point Contact: Manage all day-to-day interactions between employees & managers in assigned groups including conflicts resolution. • • Workforce Planning & Organizational Effectiveness: Determine root causes impacting organizational performance then propose solutions. • Skill Development: Lead talent management strategies targeting diverse talent. Bestow career growth priority upon existing top performers through coaching sessions periodically throughout each year without forgetting individual manager incentives geared towards stronger workforce retention where worker attrition rates gradually decrease post-execution.
