Role Overview Candescent is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Hyderabad center across Product, Engineering, and Technology functions. This role combines strategic HR partnership with operational excellence and requires strong stakeholder management skills, deep understanding of employee engagement, and the ability to drive people initiatives aligned with global priorities. You will report to the VP – HR and work closely with global HR teams and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement HR programs, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Strategic HR Partnership • Stakeholder Management • Employee Engagement & Culture • Talent Development & Performance • HR Operations & Governance Requirements Experience & Background • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in product, SaaS, or technology-first environments. • Proven HRBP experience supporting tech or engineering teams. • Exposure to global HR programs and systems; Workday experience is a plus. • Skills & Competencies • Strong business acumen with ability to balance strategic and operational priorities. • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. • Data-driven mindset with comfort in HR analytics and dashboards. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
