HR Business Partner (Night Shift) Location: Thane Shift: Night Shift (US time zone) Experience- 1 year exp as a HRBP working in bpo companies Cab facility available Key Responsibilities: • Drive employee engagement through regular connect sessions, activities, and pulse checks. • Conduct skip-level meetings and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) reviews to track employee sentiment and performance health. • Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), coaching managers and employees to achieve set goals. • Partner with business leaders to address people-related issues and provide HR guidance. • Resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly, ensuring a positive work environment. • Support talent retention and internal movement strategies. • Ensure HR processes, documentation, and reporting are maintained accurately. Requirements: • 1-4 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience in a BPO/KPO environment. • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. • Comfortable working in night shifts with cross-cultural teams.
