Your role will involve translating business priorities into scalable and agile people strategies, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and the people implications of key decisions. • Key Responsibilities: - Develop deep understanding of Cvents business model and products - Translate business priorities into scalable people strategies - Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and people implications - Drive a performance-oriented culture through effective goal setting and performance management - Partner with leaders to attract, retain, and develop top talent - Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership assessments - Handle complex employee relations matters with maturity and discretion - Support large-scale change initiatives and business transformations - Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and performance trends - Promote accountability through data-driven people practices - Partner closely with HR COEs across various functions - Influence senior leaders through clear communication and strong relationships • Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in HR Business Partnering - Hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle in high-growth, fast-paced setups - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities - High levels of maturity, judgment, and relationship-building skills Join Cvent and influence business strategy at scale with your strategic HR expertise and leadership capabilities.
