With a focus on senior business leaders, you will provide strategic advice and insights to ensure the success of the company in a fast-paced, product-led technology environment. • Role Overview: In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Cvent's business model, products, revenue drivers, and operating rhythms. Your role will involve translating business priorities into scalable and agile people strategies, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and the people implications of key decisions. • Key Responsibilities: - Develop deep understanding of Cvents business model and products - Translate business priorities into scalable people strategies - Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and people implications - Drive a performance-oriented culture through effective goal setting and performance management - Partner with leaders to attract, retain, and develop top talent - Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership assessments - Handle complex employee relations matters with maturity and discretion - Support large-scale change initiatives and business transformations - Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and performance trends - Promote accountability through data-driven people practices - Partner closely with HR COEs across various functions - Influence senior leaders through clear communication and strong relationships • Qualifications Required: - 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with expertise in HR Business Partnering - Hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle in high-growth, fast-paced setups - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities - High levels of maturity, judgment, and relationship-building skills Join Cvent and influence business strategy at scale with your strategic HR expertise and leadership capabilities.
