Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: Kalamassery, Kochi Job Summary The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to align human resource strategies with organizational objectives. The role involves supporting core HR functions, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals • Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and separation • Address employee relations matters and support resolution of workplace concerns • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws • Coordinate with internal HR teams on recruitment, learning and development, and compensation processes • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement • Support change management and employee engagement initiatives Experience Required: 8–12 years in Human Resources Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience in Human Resources with exposure to an HR Business Partner role • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related field Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
