We are looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Fincart’s fast-growing wealth management and financial advisory business. The role will closely partner with business leaders, sales teams, and support functions to drive people strategy, enhance productivity, and build a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to sales-driven organizations, wealth/financial services, or consulting environments, with a sharp focus on performance, analytics, and employee lifecycle management. Business Partnering • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies • Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and resource allocation • Support change management initiatives Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy • Plan and manage headcount based on business expansion plans and productivity benchmarks • Partner with Talent Acquisition to close critical roles within defined timelines Employee Engagement & Relations • Drive engagement initiatives and culture-building activities • Strengthen employer branding and employee experience Performance Management • Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes • Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs) HR Operations & Compliance • Drive process standardization and policy implementation across teams • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and documentation requirements • Manage sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality HR Analytics & Business Insights • Track and analyze key HR and business metrics: • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management • Data-driven mindset MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent• 8–12 years of experience in HRBP• Experience in [Industry – optional] preferred.
