You'll partner directly with leadership to build a technology-focused culture while maintaining operational excellence across diverse business units. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR practices at massive scale while supporting the company's mission to serve 100M+ users across India. You partner with business leaders across multiple wings to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies. You design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with diverse business objectives. You drive employee engagement initiatives and culture programs for technology and business teams. You lead compensation benchmarking and planning for competitive talent market across sectors. You manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation across business units. You support organizational design and restructuring as the company scales across multiple business verticals. You develop learning and development programs focused on skill advancement and leadership growth.
