• *Roles and Responsibilities** • Act as a strategic and operational HR advisor to IT business leaders, enabling delivery excellence through a high-performing and engaged workforce • Design and drive people strategy aligned to IT business objectives, including workforce planning, retention, engagement, and capability development • Partner with Talent Partner Groups to ensure effective execution of talent programs across the IT organization • Support business transformation, change initiatives, and organizational design aligned to IT and digital priorities • Provide HR input to client-facing initiatives, delivery transformations, and technology-led growth programs • Collaborate across HR COEs to deliver integrated people solutions • *Skill Set :** • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting IT / Technology / Digital organizations • Strong understanding of IT business models, delivery structures, and talent challenges in a T1 environment • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and high-growth IT environment • *Contact Person:** Divya R • *Email:** rdivya@gojobs.biz
