Role Overview: OrganicBazar, a profitable D2C gardening ecommerce brand, is seeking an HRBP who can think like a business operator, not just an HR administrator. As an HRBP at OrganicBazar, you will be responsible for various critical outcomes, including auditing and managing the outsourced HR partner, building headcount models, ensuring multi-state compliance, recruitment planning, designing operational SOPs, and policy formulation. Key Responsibilities: - Audit the performance of the outsourced HR partner (Emgage) and present recommendations for retention, renegotiation, or replacement. Lead the transition if replacement is necessary. - Develop a headcount model for warehouse packers, dispatch staff, and CX agents based on monthly order forecasts. Determine staffing needs for varying demand scenarios. - Manage multi-state compliance, including GSTIN registrations and accurate filings for PF/ESIC/PT. Own the compliance calendar and ensure timely filings. - Oversee operational recruitment, averaging 5-15 hires per month, focusing on Tier 3 town hiring strategies and building effective sourcing channels. - Establish a new dispatch team, develop SOPs for DOA/damage, and hire specialized packaging staff. Create hiring plans and SOPs from scratch. - Design and implement policies and procedures related to leave, attendance, discipline, and exits. Develop bilingual SOPs and establish a fair grievance mechanism. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HRBP/HR Manager roles (excluding recruitment-only positions). - Proficient in PF and ESIC challan generation and filing, with hands-on experience. - Knowledge of Professional Tax (PT) compliance. - Previous experience in hiring for warehouse, factory, dispatch, customer support, or blue-collar roles. - Comfortable with part-time remote work (4-5 hours/day) and willing to visit the Narsinghpur, MP warehouse 2-3 days per month (reimbursed).
