The HRBP SAS will lead a team of HR Business Partners. Your Background: - Master’s degree in HR related field. - Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in international HR generalist/leadership roles including experience in manufacturing environment ideally gained in a global, multi-national matrix environment. - Expertise in driving HR processes such as workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational design. - Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align HR initiatives with long-term organizational goals. Ability to successfully navigate complexity and ambiguity. - Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing as well as leadership to drive collaboration across diverse teams and functions. - Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and understanding of how to leverage data to drive strategies and solutions. - Proficiency in both spoken & written Gujarati, English language is required.
