5️⃣ HR Business Partner – Bangalore (Managing Ambarnath + Mangalore) Location: Bangalore (Managing Amarnath & Mangalore sites) Budget: ₹20–25 LPA Qualification: MSW / MBA / PGD in HR or equivalent Experience: 12–15 years (Factory / Manufacturing exposure preferred) Language Requirement • Kannada – Mandatory • Tulu – Advantage Reporting To: CHRO Role Type: Individual Contributor Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week 🎯 Role Purpose To drive the people agenda across two manufacturing locations by partnering closely with business leaders and ensuring effective workforce management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities(Same scope as Pondicherry HRBP) • Floor engagement & Gemba Walk • Productivity enhancement programs • Employee relations & grievance handling • Recruitment & workforce planning • 5S & performance efficiency initiatives • Employee engagement & committees • Shutdown planning • Managing people-related business challenges • Compliance & IR management 🔹 Additional Notes • Industry: Flexible – candidates from any industry who understand or are willing to learn manufacturing business • Open to candidates from nearby markets • Relocation support can be considered • Fast hiring turnaround required
