As the HR Business Partner (Plant), you will be the driving force behind employee lifecycle, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and plant-level engagement. You’ll work closely with Plant Head, Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Corporate HR to ensure smooth and people-focused HR operations. What you will own? Employee Lifecycle Management Hiring, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, contract workforce management, records, HRMS. Workforce Planning & TA Manpower planning, absenteeism tracking, shift management, succession planning. Employee Relations Daily floor connects, grievance handling, discipline, open house sessions. HR Operations Attendance, leave, shift management, documentation, ID cards, PPE, gate pass & admin support. Performance & Productivity KPIs, appraisals, coaching line managers, handling performance gaps. Training & Capability Building TNI, training calendars, operator skill development, assessments, MIS. Compliance & IR Labour laws, statutory registers, audits, disciplinary procedures, safety compliance. Employee Engagement R&R, festivals, safety events, townhalls, culture initiatives. HR MIS & Reporting Headcount, attrition, OT, training, HR cost, disciplinary MIS. Strategic HR Projects Digitisation, skill matrix, productivity initiatives, policy rollouts.
