About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead & manage the 3P / Contract Workforce across multiple Teams and locations. What you will do: • Workforce Planning & Hiring • Onboarding & Documentation • Attendance, Payroll & Workforce Governance • Employee Experience & Engagement • Employee Relations & Compliance • Retention & Attrition Management What you will need: Experience • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP / Employee Relations roles. • Proven experience managing large blue-collar / contract / 3P workforce across multiple locations.
