The Successful ApplicantA successful HR BP should have: • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA from Tier1/2 campuses - XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/IIMs preferred) • Proven experience in HR practices within the industry. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
