About the job
Collaborate with onshore HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to create and implement HR initiatives aligned with business priorities including but not limited to employee engagement, communication and retention programs. Program manage key HRBP initiatives and track action plans, provide status updates. Partner with onshore HRBPs to launch engagement surveys (engagement/pulse) and track action plans. ... Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with HRBPs / Ops leaders, prepare and analyze reports (attrition, headcount, utilization, trends, etc.) and derive actionable insights and present recommendations. Manage the Union Helpdesk and related activities for all Unions across the company / stations. Manage level 1 and level 2 Employee grievances/ concerns being raised by the employees on Ethics point portal. Manage team mailbox / individual queries ensuring 100% SLA adherence. Identify and implement process improvement / automation opportunities. Support new hire onboarding, training plans, and assessments. Skills Self Driven high paced. Work independently. Good understanding of HR practices and policies. MBA HR. Excellent Communication skills.
