About the job
Key Result Areas • Partner with Business Heads and HODs to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and drive business outcomes. • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Support Functions, Sales, and Operations — from job description formulation to sourcing (via portals, referrals, partners), screening, assessments, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer management. • Manpower planning and budgeting in collaboration with functions to ensure optimized headcount within approved cost structures. • Manage recruitment vendor partnerships, including evaluation, onboarding, and performance monitoring to ensure timely and quality hiring. • Spearhead employee engagement initiatives including internal surveys, R&R programs, and cultural/recreational events. • Design and monitor learning & development initiatives, including training calendars, TNI via PMS. Incumbent profile: • Regular MBA-HR, 5 years exp, in HRBP role, rich HR conceptualization. • Skilled in HR Business Partnering, End-End Employee life cycle, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Succession Planning.
