About the job

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at OMAZA - Software Consulting and Development, your role will involve collaborating closely with business leaders and employees to develop and execute people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for policy design, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits, and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with business requirements and regulatory standards to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace. - Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding. - Drive a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to ensure their smooth integration into the organization. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction levels and reduce attrition rates. Conduct feedback surveys, analyze outcomes, and execute action plans accordingly. - Create and launch employee benefit programs that contribute to improving retention rates and overall well-being. - Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related concerns, collaborating on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. - Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and influence strategic directions. - Support managers in cultivating a high-performance culture through coaching and feedback sessions, ensuring HR practices are in line with company values and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts. Qualifications & Skills: - 4-10 years of experience in HRBP, HR Manager, or similar roles. - Proficiency in policy formulation, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. - Knowledge of employee benefits design, labor laws, and compliance standards. - Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. - Excellent business acumen enabling you to influence leaders and drive organizational change. - Prior experience in fast-paced/start-up or product-based environments is preferred.
