Job Role: - HR Business Partner At Qube Cinema, technology and innovation are at our core. Purpose: We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner based out of Chennai who will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management. What you will be responsible for: • HR Partnership - Partner with business leaders. • Employee Relations & Engagement - Promote positive and inclusive creative culture. • Performance & Talent Management - Support the performance management cycle. • Recruitment & Workforce Planning - Collaborate with functional managers to fulfill hiring needs. • HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure consistency and compliance with HR policies. What we are looking for: • 4 – 7 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
