About the job
You will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that strengthen team collaboration, workplace experience, and people-focused programs. Additionally, you will provide critical administrative support to HRBPs through generating reports, synthesizing and analyzing data, coordinating and executing key initiatives related to the employee lifecycle, and supporting organization-wide programs such as engagement surveys, talent reviews, and performance reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinating new joiner onboarding sessions with leaders - Planning, coordinating, and executing Monthly All Hands meetings - Supporting and organizing team-building initiatives, internal programs, and culture-building activities - Reporting on various HR metrics - Data synthesis and analysis - Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive people-focused initiatives - Providing administrative and operational support to HRBPs Required Qualifications: - Education: Masters degree in HR or a related field - Experience: 23 years of experience in an HR administrative and people programs focused role - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Google Sheets (vlookup, xlookup, importrange, etc) - Proficiency in Google Slides, Docs, etc - Basic proficiency in Canva - Basic proficiency in leveraging ChatGPT, Gemini, etc for day-to-day work - Strong written communication skills (email) Must Have Skills: - Strong problem-solving mindset - Experience working in a fast-paced startup or a high-growth environment - Strong written communication, especially over emails - High energy and strong ownership - Ability to work with stakeholders to organize events and drive initiatives on the ground - Plan and execute internal programs and collaborative activities with cross-functional teams - Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides, and Canva - Ability to synthesize data from various sources and perform basic data analysis - Generate reports on various HR metrics - High energy and ability to anchor team-wide initiatives and activities
