About the job
As the first level of interface between HR & Operations, IT, Quality team, your role involves handling all HR related activities and query handling. You will be responsible for resolving queries, grievances, and escalations from agents within committed timelines and closing tickets on MYHR. You will assist the L&D team in coordinating JUMP / L&D initiatives and carrying out employee engagement activities across the floor. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting Operations in ad-hoc / calendarized activities, R&R, etc. - Driving compliance within the teams with the support of Ops. - Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation to employees for resolution to queries on existing policies, salary, Mediclaim, ESIC, PF, insurance claims, etc. - Coordinating for the roll-out and closure of Internal Job Posting (IJPs) within timelines. - Executing HR initiatives on the floor such as HR Forums, Employee Satisfaction surveys. - Planning, organizing, and conducting Employee listening activities every quarter. - Running the Confirmation process efficiently, meeting with all employees on an EDP, and managing the process effectively. - Conducting regular refresher training on HR policies for both agents and Team Leaders. - Organizing and conducting Employee Engagement initiatives like Fun at work activities, CSR, etc. - Conducting Exit discussions, Interviews for resigned employees, and escalating issues arising from the interview. - Maintaining a database and trackers for all BHR activities on a real-time basis. - Ensuring consistent and regular usage of MYHR for all BHR activities on a real-time basis. - Preparing various BHR Reports within timelines. - Highlighting any anomalies / deviations noted within the process to the Reporting Supervisor for necessary action. Your domain/functional skills should include: - Awareness of the TP Values and HR Policies. - Knowledge of MS Office. - Good Communication skills. Your competencies should exhibit: - Good Communication Skills. - Taking initiative to deliver team objectives. - Maintaining composure. - Being self-driven.
