Role Overview: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at USAIndiaCFO, you will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit for the Ajmer and Jaipur locations. Your role will require strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in employee relations and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines effectively. - Oversee employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave management to ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. - Handle payroll coordination and provide support for related queries. - Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and management, driving employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities. - Support performance management processes and feedback cycles. - Facilitate the exit management process when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Possess excellent interpersonal and employee relationship management skills. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with HR processes and systems. - Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant HRBP or Generalist experience. - Experience in managing HR operations for multi-location teams is a plus.
