Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with CXO and employees to align HR practices with business goals and challenges, driving positive business outcomes. - Enhance work relationships, boost morale, increase productivity, and improve retention rates. - Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR group to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on day-to-day performance management. - Define Organization Design & Structure in coordination with leaders to meet business needs effectively. - Identify training needs for business units and provide executive coaching as necessary. - Oversee the annual compensation/performance management planning process, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and bonus structures. - Utilize data analytics to offer strategic insights and recommendations for HR and business decisions. - Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and facilitate effective communication at all levels of the organization. - Collaborate with the Talent Management team to deliver targeted executive coaching and leadership development programs. - Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen the organization's employer brand and EVP, aligning with talent acquisition strategies.
