Role Overview: Yubi, formerly known as CredAvenue, is revolutionizing global debt markets by facilitating the flow of finance between borrowers, lenders, and investors. As the world's premier platform for the discovery, investment, fulfillment, and collection of any debt solution, Yubi offers abundant opportunities and provides you with the necessary tools to seize them. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with CXO and employees to align HR practices with business goals and challenges, driving positive business outcomes. - Enhance work relationships, boost morale, increase productivity, and improve retention rates. - Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR group to develop effective solutions, programs, and policies. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on day-to-day performance management. - Define Organization Design & Structure in coordination with leaders to meet business needs effectively. - Identify training needs for business units and provide executive coaching as necessary. - Oversee the annual compensation/performance management planning process, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and bonus structures. - Utilize data analytics to offer strategic insights and recommendations for HR and business decisions. - Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and facilitate effective communication at all levels of the organization. - Collaborate with the Talent Management team to deliver targeted executive coaching and leadership development programs. - Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen the organization's employer brand and EVP, aligning with talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
