About the job

As an HR Business Partner at our company, your role will involve executing the Human Capital (People) Strategy for all India staff. You will be responsible for implementing people and organizational solutions from an enterprise viewpoint, building and developing relationships across all levels within the organization, and addressing organizational dynamics to align with the business environment. Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing HR strategies to address changing business needs and objectives.- Attending/participating in internal client's staff meetings to provide guidance and bring insight to HR projects.- Assessing the talent needs of the business and creating SMART plans for identifying, acquiring, and developing the next generation of leaders.- Utilizing HR tools & metrics to diagnose and address chronic long-term challenges and manage day-to-day issues.- Partnering with HR team and leadership to formulate business plans, staffing objectives, and human resource guidelines.- Assisting in organizational modelling and change management initiatives.- Building, launching, and managing tools, processes, and experiences to drive higher levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.- Conducting research and analysis on organizational trends and developing appropriate measures and actions based on findings.- Collecting data to measure employee satisfaction and engagement.- Preparing and presenting reports to leadership, focusing on key performance indicators, project completion rates, and process compliance.- Evaluating the relationship between HR initiatives and turnover rates to adjust strategies accordingly.- Supporting the development of career roadmaps and learning opportunities for job families.- Providing ongoing consultation to leadership on performance management.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- 6-10 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner and similar HR role in multiple disciplines.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.- Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in HR software and tools.- Demonstrated organizational skills.- Strong written and verbal communications skills.- Demonstrated aptitude towards analytical and problem-solving skills.- Reactivity to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.- Flexibility during times of change.
