Role Description This is a contract, remote role for an HR Business Partner focused on Learning and Development (L&D). As an HRBP - L&D, you will design, implement, and manage employee training and development programs. You will contribute to creating HR policies, support performance management processes, and work closely with employees to address concerns and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Your contributions will play a key role in fostering an engaging, compliant, and productive work environment. Skill • Partner with business leaders and managers to identify real capability gaps (not perceived ones) • Design and own role-based learning journeys: onboarding & time-to-productivity, functional upskilling, first-time managers, leadership pipeline • Build scalable L&D systems: internal academies, certification frameworks, product & role documentation, LMS/LXP-driven learning paths • Convert tribal knowledge into structured, reusable learning assets • Work closely with HRBPs on: performance management, succession planning, internal mobility • Run pilots, measure outcomes, iterate fast • Track and report L&D impact using metrics like: ramp-up time, performance improvement, retention & internal movement, learning adoption Qualification • 4–8 years of experience across HRBP / L&D / Capability Building • Strong understanding of: adult learning principles, performance management, org capability design • Hands-on experience with: LMS/LXP tools learning assessments & certifications, content structuring (Notion, Docs, LMS platforms) • Comfortable working with tech, product, and business teams • Thinks like a product manager, executes like an operator. Good to have • Built L&D frameworks from scratch • Experience working with tech or fast-scaling teams • Strong data orientation (you care about outcomes, not attendance)
