Job Title HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition (3–5 Years Experience) Location:Nagercoil Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition professional with 3–5 years of experience to support our business goals through effective HR partnering and end-to-end talent acquisition. This role will work closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, hiring strategies, employee engagement, and HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering • Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and managers on people-related matters. • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives. • Manage employee relations matters including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. • Manage professional attention on resource utilization across various projects. • Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance with labor laws. • Partner with leadership on change management and culture-building initiatives. Talent Acquisition • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies. • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, campus, etc.). • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality hiring. • Manage candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs. HR Analytics and Development • Maintain accurate HR data and recruitment metrics. • Participate in HR projects such as employer branding, HR automation, learning & development, DEI initiatives, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making. • Provide metrics to stakeholders on hiring, requirement gathering, skill gap analysis.
