Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic HR & Client Operations Manager to manage HR functions, client relationships, and overall operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth internal processes, exceptional client satisfaction, and a motivated, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: HR Management: - End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction. - Employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and training programs. - Payroll, benefits administration, and policy compliance. - Conflict resolution, exit management, and career growth support. Client Operations: - Act as primary client contact and coordinate project delivery. - Understand client requirements, resolve queries, and manage escalations. - Maintain contracts, documentation, and feedback loops. - Drive client retention, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities. Operations & Team Leadership: - Strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. - Budget/resource management, reporting, and quality assurance. - Task allocation, performance monitoring, coaching, and mentoring. - Foster a positive team culture and ensure operational efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in a related field - Proven experience in HR, client servicing, and operations management. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Familiarity with HR, project management tools, and operational processes.
