HR & Compliance Executive (2–3 Years) Location: Mumbai Type: Full-Time (On-site) CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA Alan Scott Group is a diversified business group operating across education, environmental technology, wellness and consumer solutions. We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with strong knowledge of Indian employment and labour laws to support our growing organisation. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation and exits. • Ensure compliance with Indian labour & employment laws (Shops & Establishments, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Payroll compliance, CLRA – basic). • Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts. • Maintain employee records, HR MIS and statutory documentation. • Support drafting and implementation of HR policies and SOPs. • Assist in audits, inspections and statutory filings. • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries. Candidate Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations & compliance. • Working knowledge of Indian labour laws (practical exposure preferred). • Experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance. • Strong documentation and organisational skills. • Comfortable working in a multi-company / group structure. • Prior experience in SMEs, startups or group companies preferred.
