About the job
The HR – Employee Relations professional will be responsible for managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, and handling sensitive issues such as POSH cases, disciplinary actions, PIP, and Show Cause notices. Key Roles & Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day employee relations issues, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner. - Support and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) in coordination with business and HR leadership. - Ensure adherence to labor laws, banking regulations, and internal HR policies.
