Designation: HR Executive Work Timings: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM Location: Kandivali West Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Experience :2–3 years HR Graduate (HR preferred) • NGO experience helpful but not mandatory Role Summary The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, payroll support, employee engagement, insurance, staff support and administrative HR functions. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle • Handle full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding) • Issue offer letter, appointment letter & joining formalities • Manage employee confirmations, probation and agreements • Responsible for employee exit process including termination when required (as per policy) • Conduct exit interviews, relieving, settlement and proper handover HR Administration & Documentation • Prepare HR letters – Appointment, Probation, LOR, Agreement etc. • Maintain employee files and HR documentation • Handle disciplinary issues as per HR guidelines Attendance, Payroll & Compliance • Maintain attendance, leave data and behaviour records • Prepare payroll sheets & monthly salary inputs • Monitor staff discipline, dress code, ID cards, T-shirt etc. Insurance & Employee Welfare • Manage insurance enrolment & claim support • Maintain relevant documents Employee Engagement • Plan weekly employee engagement activities • Arrange birthday celebrations, farewell and small appreciation functions • Conduct team motivation and internal activities Culture & Event Support • Participate in field visits and project locations • Assist in activity management and NGO events • Maintain positive culture and team coordination Grievance Handling & Office Support • Listen to employee issues and concerns • Handle staff complaints, disputes or HR escalations • Provide suggestions and organisational improvements Required Skills & Qualities • Good communication & drafting skills • Strong HR documentation knowledge • Understanding of payroll & employee lifecycle • Positive, proactive and team-oriented • Comfortable with field visits
