Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in bulk hiring, preferably from the EdTech industry. The candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and meeting high-volume hiring targets within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities : • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring requirements • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers • Manage high-volume hiring for sales, academic, operations, and support roles • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports • Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle • Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets Required Skills & Competencies : • Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring • Prior experience in EdTech recruitment is a strong advantage • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals • Good organizational and time-management skills Preferred Candidate Profile : • MBA in HR completed • Experience hiring for EdTech roles / Consultancy. • Immediate or short notice period preferred
