HR Executive – 1 Year Experience Role Overview The HR Executive will support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with around 1 year of hands-on HR experience who are looking to grow into a full-cycle HR professional. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination) • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers • Prepare offer letters and support joining formalities • Conduct induction and onboarding coordination HR Operations • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRMS updates • Track attendance, leave, and shift schedules • Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll inputs • Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, exit) Employee Engagement & Support • Act as first-level HR point of contact for employee queries • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives • Assist in resolving employee grievances under guidance Performance Management • Support appraisal and performance review cycles • Maintain performance documentation and reports • Assist in learning and development activities Compliance & Policy Support • Assist in maintaining HR policies and SOPs • Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc. – if applicable) • Ensure adherence to company HR processes Exit & Offboarding • Support resignation process and exit formalities • Coordinate exit interviews and documentation • Assist in full and final settlement process Required Skills • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good organizational and coordination skills • Ability to handle confidential information • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment Preferred Skills • Experience in recruitment coordination • Basic payroll or compliance exposure • Experience in IT / Corporate / Startup environment (preferred)
