We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations for our growing team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. • Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and employment agreements. • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs. • Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and basic HR compliance. • Support management with performance monitoring and reporting. • Handle employee queries professionally and maintain a positive workplace environment. • Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Requirements: • MBA in HR (preferable). • Minimum 1 year experience in HR or a related role. • Strong English communication skills. • Good knowledge of recruitment, HR documentation, and basic compliance. • Professional, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in MS Office; HR software/CRM experience is an advantage.
