The role also involves resolving workforce-related concerns, facilitating onboarding, and optimizing HR strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications • Experience in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and HR Operations • Strong background in Employee Relations and HR Policies • Proficient understanding of organizational HR functions and compliance • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Familiarity with HR software tools and platforms is a plus • Relevant certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are advantageous
