We work closely with OEMs and industrial customers, focusing on professional execution, strong communication, and long-term relationships. 1) HR Executive – Job Description HR Executive Wiring Harness & Connector Manufacturing Experience Required 2–3 years in HR roles Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. · Develop and implement HR policies aligned with industry standards and company growth. · Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and engagement initiatives. · Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. · Support training and development programs to enhance workforce skills. · Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. · Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with finance. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. · 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. · Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. · Ability to work independently and support management in scaling operations.
