Experience : 1–2 Years CTC : ₹3,00,000 per annum Location : Bengalore Employment Type : Full-time, Remote About the Role : We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to handle day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding). - Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management. - Support payroll processing by sharing attendance and other inputs on time. - Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents. - Conduct new hire orientations and support the onboarding process. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. - Handle exit formalities and ensure proper documentation. - Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Requirements : - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (preferred).
