The role involves managing employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, and effective use of HRMS/software. Prior experience in BPO/service industry is preferred. Skills & Requirements • 5+ years of experience in HR operations • Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws • Hands-on experience with HRMS / payroll software – Keka is a + point. • Good working knowledge of MS Excel • Strong coordination and communication skills
