HR Executive 📍 Location : Sector 29, Gurugram (Vista Park Building) 🗓️ Work Mode : Mon–Fri WFO | Sat WFH Department : Human Resources Job Summary : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with experience in payroll management and recruitment. The ideal candidate will support the HR team in managing employee lifecycle activities, handling payroll processes, and driving effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities : 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding. • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines. • Conduct reference checks and manage offer letters and joining formalities. 2. Payroll & Compensation Management : • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees. • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and PF / ESI / other statutory contributions. • Assist in salary structuring, increments, and bonus processing. • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and HRIS data. • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. • Generate payroll reports and assist management in HR analytics. • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees. Preferred Skills : • Experience with Payroll software. • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.
