If you have experience handling bulk hiring, sales recruitment, and end-to-end sourcing, this role is for you! Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive (BPO / Sales Recruitment) to support high-volume sourcing and hiring for voice, non-voice, and sales roles. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates for international voice / non-voice & sales roles via: • Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc. • LinkedIn, social media groups • Internal database, referrals • Use Boolean search techniques effectively. • Maintain sourcing trackers and daily reports. • Coordinate with interview & recruitment teams. • Understand job requirements and source targeted profiles. • Build a pipeline of high-quality candidates. Required Skills • 3–8 years of strong experience in recruitment / BPO hiring / sales hiring • Excellent sourcing skills on major job portals • Good communication and coordination skills • Strong target-driven mindset • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets • Ability to work independently and in a team • Must stay within 10–12 km of office or be willing to relocate nearby Not Eligible: • Candidates from HR operations, payroll, compliance, or employee engagement backgrounds.
