Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll Expert Location: Bhiwandi Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Experience: 6 Months About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive (Payroll Expert) to manage end-to-end payroll activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in payroll processing, statutory compliance, attendance management, and employee HR operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees with accuracy. • Validate attendance, leaves, LOP, overtime, and shift data before payroll run. • Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HRMS/attendance systems. • Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc. • Prepare monthly payroll reports, MIS, and salary statements. • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and employee database management. • Coordinate with finance and management for salary disbursement. • Resolve employee payroll queries and provide timely support. • Support HR operations such as onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of payroll processing • Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS) • HRMS & Attendance Management • Excel proficiency • Employee database management • Payroll MIS preparation • Communication & coordination • Problem-solving and accuracy • Time management • Knowledge of HR operations Eligibility: • Graduate / MBA HR preferred • 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing • Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory requirements.
