Job Title: HR Executive – TA & Admin Location: Mumbai (Marol) Industry: FMCG / Distribution Job Purpose • The HR Executive – TA & Admin will support the organization in talent acquisition, HR documentation, and administrative coordination. The role requires strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring and HR processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: • Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across all departments • Source candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultants. • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR screening, and coordinate interview schedules. • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers on interview feedback. • Support documentation collection, and pre-joining engagement. 2. HR Administration & Documentation: • Collect, verify, and maintain employee joining documents and records. • Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee data in HRMS/Odoo. • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs with respective departments. • Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in coordination with HR and Finance. • Track probation confirmations, contract renewals, and exit formalities. 3. HR Coordination & Follow-Ups: • Act as a coordination point between HR, hiring managers, candidates, vendors, and internal teams. • Follow up on approvals, documentation, and onboarding requirements. • Assist in travel booking requests as per approvals. • Coordinate with Admin and IT teams for employee assets, system access, and joining logistics. • Support circulation of HR policies, SOPs, and track employee acknowledgments. 4. MIS, Compliance & Support: • Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS, and status reports. • Support internal audits and compliance documentation as required. • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications Skills & Competencies: • Strong coordination and follow-up skills • Clear communication and stakeholder management • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools (Odoo preferred) • Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment • Hands-on experience with recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring Qualification & Experience: Experience: 1–2 years in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Administration Industry Preference: FMCG / Retail / Distribution Mandatory: Experience in a recruitment consultancy environment with hands-on exposure to mandate-based sourcing and candidate coordination.
