Experience: 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Startup / Technology / Services Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Fresher to manage end-to-end HR activities in a fast-growing startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and coordination • Handle employee onboarding & offboarding processes • Maintain HR records, employee data and documentation • Support attendance, leave management and payroll coordination • Assist in performance tracking, appraisals and feedback processes • Plan and support employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives • Ensure adherence to basic HR policies and labor compliance • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries • Support founders/managers with daily HR operations Required Skills & Qualifications • MBA / MSW / BBA / BA in HR or related field (or final-year students can apply) • 0–1 year experience (internship experience is a plus) • Good communication skills (English & local language preferred) • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws • Organized, people-friendly, and eager to learn • Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment What You’ll Gain • End-to-end exposure to startup HR operations • Opportunity to grow into an HR Generalist / HR Manager role • Direct interaction with founders and leadership • Learning-focused, flexible work culture
