📢 WE’RE HIRING – HR Generalist 📍Work Location: Haryana – Sonipat 🏢 Skybyte Developers: Real Estate 💼 Experience: Minimum 4+ years 👨🎓 Education: MBA HR Compensation: upto 70k in hand per month Interview Location (Cooperate Office) : Gurgaon 🔹 Role Highlights: Act as the Culture Champion – bring our workplace values and vision to life Lead purpose-driven onboarding & ensure smooth exit processes Drive employee engagement through impactful programs & feedback loops Oversee end-to-end HR operations – recruitment, documentation, PMS, compliance, exits Maintain and enhance HR SOPs; ensure digital integration with CRM/ERP Manage workforce planning, KRAs, and performance reviews Collaborate with leadership & departments to identify and bridge talent gaps Support HR digital transformation – portals, payroll, leave, and automated systems 🗓 Immediate Joiners Preferred
