We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations in a growing product company. This role is execution-heavy. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Hiring • Handle end-to-end recruitment (tech + non-tech roles) • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer closures • Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires - HR Operations • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation - Compliance & Policies • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws) - Employee Engagement • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries • Help build a professional but no-nonsense work culture.
