Department: Human Resources & People Operations Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Intern to support daily HR functions, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce administration. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and workplace culture development. Responsibilities: • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation, collecting employee information, and coordinating training sessions. • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality. • Help organize employee engagement programs, feedback surveys, and wellness initiatives to support a positive workplace culture. • Participate in HR policy documentation, drafting job descriptions, and updating employee handbooks as required. • Assist in managing HR communication channels and handling employee queries with professionalism. • Support payroll and compliance activities by tracking attendance, leave, timesheets, and supporting statutory requirements. • Stay updated with HR trends, labor laws, and emerging people practices to propose improvements in HR workflows. Note: This is an unpaid internship, and a Certificate of Completion will be provided at the end of the internship.
