Key Responsibilities Lead the HR team and manage end-to-end hiring across functions. Develop and implement HR policies, drive employee relations strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and oversee performance management programs. In this full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, India, with flexibility for partial remote work, you will lead the development and implementation of HR policies, drive employee relations strategies, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and oversee performance management programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR strategy and workforce planning, leading and mentoring teams, managing end-to-end hiring, running KRAs/OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives, strengthening culture, onboarding, and engagement, and building and maintaining SOPs and SOWs. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement business objectives and strategic plans, aligning them with the company's vision and mission. We are looking for a seasoned professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and employees. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business outcomes through effective HR practices and processes.
