• Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, engagement, and performance management. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all employee categories. • Lead HR projects including technology upgrades, M&A integration, GPTW certification, and policy development. • Strengthen employee experience through handbooks, townhalls, and leadership communication forums. • Deliver strategic HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making. The Successful Applicant A successful Confidential HR should have: • Educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field with more than 15 years of organisational experience • Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements for a large diversified work force of > 2000 employees • Experience in HR business partnership, performance management, Compliance management, project management • Strong organisational and communication skills. • An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
